Welcome to Sejda Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how our PDF tools and services handle data when you use the Sejda Pro mobile application.
By using the Sejda Pro app, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
1.Information We Do NOT Collect
Sejda Pro does not:
- Collect any personal information
- Require you to create an account
- Track your identity
- Access your contacts, messages, or device identifiers
- Share your files with third parties
Your PDF files stay on your device unless you intentionally upload them for conversion.
2.Information We Collect
2.1. Optional File Uploads (for conversions)
Certain tools such as:
- PDF to Word
- PDF to Excel
- PDF to Text
- Other conversions
require sending a file to our secure server for processing.
When a user uploads a file:
- The file is processed temporarily
- It is automatically deleted after conversion
- We do not store, view, or index your files
- No information from your documents is saved
2.2. App Usage Analytics (Anonymous)
Sejda Pro may use:
- Firebase Analytics
- Crashlytics
This helps us understand:
- App performance
- Feature usage
- Errors & crashes
No personally identifiable information is collected.
3.How Your Files Are Handled
When you upload a file:
- The file travels through encrypted HTTPS
- Our server converts the file
- The converted file is returned to you
- The original and converted files are deleted automatically
We do NOT:
- Read your documents
- Store your documents
- Share your documents
- Use your documents for AI training
- Sell or distribute your documents
4.Permissions We Request
To operate correctly, the Sejda Pro app may request:
Photo Library Access
To select or save PDF files and images.
File System Access
To import and export files on your device.
We do not access unreadable system data.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – iOS Only
If you enable personalized ads, we request permission:
“Allow tracking across apps and websites”
This is required by Apple for showing personalized ads with AdMob.
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the app still works fully.
Your Rights|:
Decline ATT tracking permission
We never force tracking.
5.Advertising and Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob)
- Mediation networks (e.g., Meta Audience Network), if enabled
They may collect anonymous diagnostic information.
6. Children’s Privacy
Sejda Pro does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Data Security
We use:
- HTTPS encryption
- Secure server-side deletion
- No long-term storage
Your documents remain private at all times.

Delete the app at any time
Stop sending files anytime
